Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Spartanburg, SC
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of commercial insurance. In addition, they will be familiar with all aspects of insurance services from the application process to policy analysis. This position also requires an ability to professionally and energetically answer client coverage questions and concerns. The Spartanburg office is a high pace group environment. Experience using Applied Systems software is highly desirable.
Required Competencies:
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to handle multi-task projects and prioritize
•Ability to initiate and foster rapport with customers, coworkers and companies
•A knowledge of commercial lines markets, forms and coverages
•Superior computer skills and full command of Microsoft Office
•2 or more years experience in the Property & Casualty industry
•Highly motivated and results oriented individual
Salary Range: Commensurate w/ exp.
