Employee Benefits – Account Administrator (Non-Exempt)

Job Summary:
Provide extensive technical and clerical support to Account Managers and Producers by performing daily customer service tasks with a strong focus on claims resolution, benefits administration and the maintenance of client files/database to meet internal QC requirements.
Required Competencies:
Candidate needs to be highly professional, organized, someone who can multi-task and thrive in a fast pace environment. Two years employee benefits experience preferred, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuities license required or obtained within six (6) months of employment.
Salary Range: Negotiable
